Arrival
How do I book a room?
Booking is simple and fast through our online reservation system. For longer stays or any questions, reach our team by email or phone and we’ll arrange it for you.
What room types can I choose from?
Four options are available:
- Deluxe Room (17 m²) — double or twin beds
- Suite (26 m²) — bed and sofa bed for up to 4 guests
- Majestic King Family Suite (39 m²) — two interconnecting rooms, up to 4 guests
- Simba Family Room (26 m²) — for up to 4 guests
How can I pay?
Payment can be made via a secure payment link or by bank transfer based on an invoice.
Can I change rooms if needed?
Room changes are possible, subject to availability. A cleaning fee applies.
Can I cancel a reservation before arrival?
Yes, cancellations are allowed. For prepaid bookings, you can change the dates instead of cancelling.
What additional charges apply to the room rate?
A pet fee and parking charges may apply, depending on your booking.
Can I view the room in advance?
Photos and floor plans are available online. To arrange an in-person viewing, just email us.
How do I access my room?
Hessnery uses smart locks. Your personal access code is sent by email and SMS by 3:00 PM on your check-in day.
How do I access the parking area?
If you’ve purchased parking, call the phone number shown at the barrier gate using your registered phone number and it opens automatically.
Is the hotel accessible 24/7?
Yes. You can come and go at any time using your private PIN code.

Amenities
What extra services can I purchase?
Parking, a breakfast package, housekeeping service, and seminar room rental are all available as add-ons.

Your Stay
Are there quiet hours at the hotel?
Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM on weekdays, and from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM on weekends.
Where can I do my laundry?
Downstairs there’s a separate laundry room with 10 washers and dryers, available 24/7 and free to use. Just bring your own detergent.
What do I do if something breaks in the room?
Contact our staff immediately — please don’t attempt repairs yourself and we’ll take care of it.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome. Please contact us in advance regarding conditions and the pet fee.
How can I use the gym?
The gym is open free of charge to all guests, 24 hours a day.
How do I access the bike storage?
Use your personal code for free access to 15 secure bike places.
Are there storage spaces at Hessnery?
Yes — 11 storage spaces on the bottom floor, linked to your personal door code and available for purchase.

Departure
Can I check out earlier than planned?
Yes. Just notify our staff at info@hessnery.ee.
Do I need to clean the room before leaving?
No, you don’t need to clean the room. The hotel provides a housekeeping service.
By what time must I vacate the room?
The room must be vacated by 12:00 noon at the latest on your departure day.
How is the room handed over when I leave?
There’s no need to hand over the room in person — the system automatically checks you out.
How can I extend my booking?
Extend through the website booking system or email info@hessnery.ee.
